1950 Leica Ic is generally considered a technical camera for scientific work. Usually found mounted to a microscope or other instrument but sometimes outfitted with a separate rangefinder and viewfinder on the two accessory shoes. This version has the 'Sharkskin' covering, an alternative covering to the normal vulcanite. It is supposed to be a more durable material and was found only on the Ic, IIc, and IIIc models. A hard to find camera and even more rare with the sharkskin covering. This camera is based on the IIIc without slow speeds or rangefinder, and is the successor to the Leica Standard (E). Comes with an  f3.5 / 50mm Elmar
