1960 Yashica 44A TLR is a 127 film camera in 4 X 4cm format. This
camera came in several colors: gray, black, rose or blue. The Yashica
44 was the first Japanese TLR to use the 2 X 2cm format, the 44A is a
simplified version of the 44 with knob advance instead of a crank. This
early version has an 'A' engraved on the top of the name plate and the
Yashikor f3.5 / 60mm lenses have no bayonet mount for lens hoods or
filters.
