Return Ricoh Cameras
1964
Ricoh Singlex appears to be a copy of the Nikorrex F of 1962.
Apparently there was no shame among the Japanese camera manufacturers
when it came to making a Buck, or Yen. Coincidentally, it has a
Nikon mount Auto-Rikenon f1.4 / 55mm lens. This example has an
accessory hot shoe mounted on the top of the prism. The light meter for
this model is shown attached. The meter couples to the shutter speed
dial and has a high and low range actuated by the knob on the front of
the meter.
